Skid Manufacturing

CNC Tube Bending

Applicable to stainless steel, carbon steel and copper, sizes up to schedule 80-6" tubing and schedule 40-8". Using high precision and high quality parts combined with our specialized tube bending

Therma's patent technology allows for electropolish of the tubing interiors, to be completed after all fittings (45, 90, tri-clamp, VCR and other mechanical fittings) have been welded.  The benefits of this process are tri-fold: the reduction of liquid retention and maintenance, longer piping system life and reduced bacteria growth.  Cleaning and QA testing are readily available to meet your specifications.

Electropolish Process Systems

Skids for the food industries, pharmaceutical processes & manufacturing environments can be engineered and fabricated at our corporate
manufacturing facility. They will be tested, delivered to the customer site and started up by a Therma start-up and commissioning team. Validation documentation can also be provided.

Standard Control Package

Our tube bending capabilities can handle 1/16 to 6” OD

VAV boxes assembly, controls (your choice of systems),  piping and plenum assemblies fabricated to your specifications, delivered to your site, commissioning  and validation documentation will be provided if required.

Therma will design and fabricate your ASME pressure vessels with COMPRESS, the market leader in computer-aided pressure vessel design software.   Pressure vessels can be fabricated of any ferrous or non-ferrous metal alloy; carbon steel, stainless steel, and hastelloy.  Pressure vessels: miniature vessels (up to 5 cubic feet capacity), U (vessels over 5 cubic feet
capacity) & R (repair, alterations, re-rating of existing
vessels); also PP (piping that is part of the pressure vessel eg. boiler boundary piping).
